Make $20/hour to supplement your real estate income. Busy RE/MAX Real Estate Office in Carmel Valley is looking for a licensed agent to be a Showing Agent for George Lorimer Team. You will meet prospective buyers at homes they are interested in. You provide your own car. Your hours will average between 10 and 20 hours per week. You will also be asked to show homes, attend home inspections, and open houses. Flexible schedule including weekends. We are looking for someone who is friendly and customer-service oriented. No selling needed (we get the leads and set the appointments).
This is perfect job for the part time Real Estate Agent that wants to make extra money. There is room for growth and may lead to a full-time salaried position or a team member/buyer's agent. Two positions available: One in North San Diego County (Escondido to Mission Valley) and One in South County (Downtown to Chula Vista).
Requirements:
Must have a Car
Must have active Real Estate License
Must have Sandicor for MLS access, or willing to get it.
Must have Sentricard for lockbox access or willing to get it.
Should be familiar with San Diego neighborhoods
Should be comfortable showing homes.
Experience in Real Estate
