San Diego Market Commentary
Home Sales Down in Sep 2018 - Sales fell 21% from the month before and were down 16.9% year-over-year.
Prices slipped in Sep 2018 with the median price dipping 2.4% from the previous month, up 6.5% compared to last year. The average price fell 0.2%, a yearly gain of 6.3%. Inventory fell 0.3% from last month and was up 10.9% year-over-year.
